Ms. Shirley X. Deng, Executive Vice President of China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd, is in charge of Risk Management and Corporate Finance. She graduated from the State University of New York with a PhD degree in economics. After graduation from doctoral program in 1996, she worked in the Providian Financial and Citigroup in USA. In 2001, she joined China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. as the General Manager of Risk Management Department. On January 1st 2004, she was assigned by China Securities Regulatory Commission to China Southern Securities Co., Ltd. as a member of the Administration Take-over Team. From November 2005 to date, she has been appointed as the Executive Vice President of China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. Ms. Shirley X. Deng was appointed as the Director of China Merchants Fund Management Co., Ltd. in September 2006.

Mr. Ding Anhua has been the vice president of China Merchants Securities CO., LTD. since September 2011, supervising the research and development center. He worked in the Royal Bank of Canada, and was the director of the Research Department in the China Merchants Group; assistant general manager, vice general manager of the Business Development Department; vice general manager of the Strategic Planning department; and the general manager of the Strategy and Research Department in the China Merchants Group.
