On July 12, 2012, the “Shanghai World of Art Brut Culture (WABC) and Art Therapy for the Intellectually Disabled” charity programs funded by China Merchants Securities in 2011, won the silver award of the first China Charity Project Competition.

 

 

 

 

 

In 2011, China Merchants Securities joined the CCTV Dream Choirs program as the exclusive sponsorand funded eight charity projects. It provided CNY 600,000 to the Intellectually Disabled Caring Project, setting up art therapy courses in ten communities, such as Huangpu, Changning and Hongkou in Shanghai and providing art therapies for over 200 people.
