1. Making ready identity certificates;
2. Verifying their identities by means of video communication;
3. Filling out account opening forms;
4. Signing a risk disclosure letter and agreement;
5. Accepting a return visit.

Compared with traditional in-the-field account opening modes, off-field account opening enables investors to have their securities accounts opened without leaving the house. This way, users will no longer spare time and energy for account opening.

Considerate account opening witness service

By calling 95565 (customer service hotline number of CMS) or the business department of CMS, investors may reserve an engagement with CMS for their account opening business instead of being present in the CMS's service outlet or accessing the Internet.
