On June 7, the specific asset management plan of online utilities charging rights of China Huaneng Group's Lancang River Phase II (hereinafter referred to as "Lancang River Phase II"), with China Merchants Securities (CMS) as the plan manager and promoter, was successfully listed and traded in Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Issuance of Lancang River Phase II was completed on May 30, with fund raising reaching RMB 3.3 billion, making it the asset securitization product with the largest market issuance scale since 2007.
