On July 2, 2013, China Merchants Securities (CMS) Chongqing Peiling Square road branch received the business license issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), marking the establishment of the 100th branch of CMS. On the same day, two CMS subsidiaries, Guangdong Securities Brokerage Management and Northwest Securities Brokerage Management, obtained their business licenses.
As of now, CMS has established 11 subsidiaries and 100 branches in 58 large- and medium-size cities in China.
