(July 28, 2013) CMS (HK) successfully helped Wisdom Holdings Group and Modern Land (China) Co., Ltd. be listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong as the joint global coordinator, joint bookrunner and joint lead manager on July 11 to 12. The projects for Wisdom Holdings Group and Modern Land (China) Co., Ltd. are the first two IPO projects of CMS (HK) since its promotion of the "Big Investment Bank" strategy, with the fund-raising scale of the two projects being USD 109 million and USD 77 million.
