According to Wind Info, in 2010, the amount of equity and bond (corporate bond and company bond) underwritten by CMS reached 49.532 billion Yuan, accounting 3.36% of market share. CMS has completed 35 projects as leading underwriter in 2010, which has made the company top three in the industry. Among all the projects completed, 20 were IPO projects with a total underwriting amount of RMB 19.869 billion Yuan, seeing year-on-year rises of 150% and 186% respectively.
