The “Investment in China – Win in China – China’s 21st Century Capital Market Annual Meeting” and the award ceremony of the “Winning Fund Award and Chinese Brokerage Award 2010” were held on June 2. At the award ceremony, China Merchants Securities (CMS) won two awards of “Best Asset Management Securities Company in China 2010”and “Best Investor Education Securities Company in China 2010”.

CMS was the first securities company in China to establish asset management service. For more than six years, CMS’ asset management service has been industry-leading in both product design and performance. Impressive results were achieved in the asset management service in 2010: the investment performance ranked in the forefront, the Stock Star ranked the first place of stocks type; Cash Bull and Wenjian No. 1 ranked the second place of currency and bond types respectively; the number of product launching (two large and four small collective asset management asset products) ranked the third place, and the year-end trusteeship size of RMB 9.8 billion ranked the fourth place.
