On July 23, China Merchants Securities’ medium-term investment strategy conference 2011 and the award ceremony for “Zhiyuan Financial Management Cup” China’s stock market investment competition were held in Shenzhen. In this event, CMS released a series of medium-term investment strategy reports on macro economy, industry and listed companies, and awarded the prizes for the first CMS “Zhiyuan Financial Management Cup”. The Champion, first runner-up and second runner-up were invited to share their valuable investment experience with the guests.

Zhao Shanzhong （Deputy Director of CSRC Shenzhen Office）, Pan Xili （Director of Institutional Department  Section under CSRC Shenzhen Office）, Yan Weimin (Executive Vice President and General Secretary of Shenzhen Securities Association), as well as CMS President Yang Kun, Vice President Xiong Jiantao, and chief economist Ding Anhua presented at the event and awarded prizes for the winners.

Mr. Yan Weimin praised CMS’s effort on social responsibility and sense of mission as a securities market player. He also  positively estimated “Zhiyuan Financial Management Cup” for its important role in guiding investors to establish a healthy investment philosophy and rational investment awareness by implementing the ideas of investment philosophy, combat skills and risk prevention.
