On October 29^th, the Chinese College Students Television Festival 2011 was held in Shenyang in which, 14 "Most Popular" TV shows awards were given out. “Wall Street”, a large-scale documentary film produced by the association of CMS and CCTV, was awarded as the Most Popular Documentary Film.
