The ‘Zhiyuan Interest Growth' Collective Asset Management Plan (hereinafter "the Collective Plan") of China Merchants Securities has been promoted to the customers of China Merchants Securities CO., Ltd., China Citic Bank Co., Ltd. and China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. since February 13, 2012. By the end of March 9, 2012, the initial issuing was accomplished successfully, and all receiving capital has been saved to the Collective Plan's entrusted account opened by the trustee of the Collective Plan, China Citic Bank Co., Ltd. Verified by the Tianzhi International Accounting Firm, the amount of issuing was RMB 719,024,467.19 yuan (including RMB 159,674.37 yuan, the interest of receiving capital generated in the promotion period according to the deposit rate of the same trade).
