Comprehensive Service Platform for Prime Brokerage of the CMS includes not only greatly invested IT systems for PB business (consisting of the top-speed trading system with a processing time of less than 1ms and the top-speed quotation system that is placed locally by a stock exchange and provides deep and low latency quotations) and incubating platform of hedge funds that specially provides seed capital for excellent hedge funds, but also characteristic asset trusteeship and corporate operation outsourcing services that are leading the industry. In addition, the Platform can provide one-stop financial platform solutions for product design, tax optimization, securities margin trading, placement of securities, and sales promotion for customers.

Hedge funds in China have always been classified as privately offered funds and it is difficult to differentiate their products. Therefore, the Platform for FOF that is provided for the first time for the industry will be a milestone in the history of China’s hedge funds.

Relevant person in charge of the Business Department of the CMS said that the CMS will carry out due diligence for more domestic or overseas hedge funds, carefully choose cooperative partners, enrich the product strategy of FOF, and invest the CMS-owned funds in hedge fund products that use the Platform for FOF. The Platform for FOF has an open structure, flexible funding schemes, is greatly compatible with innovative investments, operates transparently, strictly observes the baseline, and is intended to help more financial experts change themselves into financial entrepreneurs so as to make stable returns while promoting the sound and standardized development of the hedge funds industry in China and achieve win-win results.
