CMS Zhiyuan Capital, a direct investment subsidiary of China Merchants Securities, was approved to set up the "CMS Zhiyuan No. 1 equity investment fund partnership". The direct investment business of China Merchants Securities will thus break through the constraint of owned fund and establish diversified fund-raising channels for rapid development.
