On November 21^st, the first episode of the second season of the program Dream Choir, a large public interest and charity program produced by China Central Television and solely sponsored by China Merchants Securities with its public interest funds, was completed in Beijing. Gong Shaolin, president of the company, was present at the program production site and delivered a speech.

Board Chairman Of CMS, Mr. Gong Shaolin introduced to the audience in his speech the idea that underlay China Merchants Securities efforts in two consecutive years as a sole supplier to public interest fund to support the Dream Choir. He reached out his hand to the poor at the site of event and promised to donate money for cochlear implant to a two year old deaf boy in Changsha. This charitable deed of the China Merchants Securities won a great applause from the audience at the event.
