On September 16^th, 2011, AVIT Ltd. (trading code: 300264), which entrusted China Merchants Security (CMS) as its sponsor and main underwriter, was successfully listed in Shenzhen GEM. This is the 6^th successful GEM IPO in 2011 sponsored by CMS. AVIT Ltd. publicly issued 2,600,000 A shares with a unit price of RMB 16.5 per share, and raised RMB 429,000,000.
