On April 19, the result of 2013 China Top Investment Banks hosted by Securities Times was announced. The investment banking services of China Merchants Securities (CMS) were awarded four prizes, which are:

©  Best IPO project: Xinjiang HaoYuan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. IPO and Western Securities Co., Ltd. IPO;

©  Best merger and restructuring project: project of merger by absorption and spilt-off for Hunan TV & Broadcast Intermediary CO., LTD.;

©  Best bond underwriting project: corporate bond for China Communications Construction Company Ltd. in 2012;

©  Best IPO sponsoring representative: Xie Gang.

 

  

 

Zhu Xianfen (general manager of Investment Bank Headquarters), Hu Yewei (wining project representative and executive director of Investment Bank Headquarters), and Xie Gang (best IPO sponsoring representative) received the prizes.
