Mentality Education Program
The children-parent education lecture series is a large children-parent event that the China Merchants Securities elaborately prepares for its employees and customers for them to understand themselves and their children. Well-known domestic experts on children-parent education are invited to make DISC personality test for them and innate potential test for their children. With the results of the above two tests, experts will explain how to correctly handle children-parent relationship and children education issues so that they can achieve new understanding about their children and cultivate their distinctive talents.
The event lasted eight months from May 2011 to December 2011. It was held in six cities of Xi'an, Beijing, Nanjing, Lanzhou, Nanjing and Shenzhen. 575 children and their parents participated in the training. The training courses were taught by Zhong Bei and Lin Dan, special experts of the Sunshine in Your Heart Project of the Red Cross Society of China. The training centered round questions like "how to educate on the basis of aptitude" and "how to communicate with your children better". It was of rich contents and clear targets and people showed great enthusiasm to participate at event site.
