Employee Satisfaction

We pay great attention to employee satisfaction. We established our labor union when CMS was founded. The labor union represents the equity of the employees and serves for them. Besides, labor union groups are established in various departments and subsidiaries so as to construct the organizational guarantee of the rights and interests of the employees and to improve and complete the channels for the employees to file complaints about the issues on their rights and interests. Employee satisfaction survey is conducted on a yearly basis to practically learn about and mend the weaknesses in management and enhance staff cohesion. Through our efforts over several years,
we have made major breakthroughs and remarkable achievements in guaranteeing the rights and interests of the employees and supporting their career development.
Since 2007, we had carried out yearly Employee Satisfaction Survey in the year. It was made on an anonymous basis. 759 effective questionnaires were collected in the questionnaire survey. The results showed a rising satisfaction trend.
