Career Path

We provide various career paths for our employees. It designs four patterns for the employees' career development, namely vertical development, horizontal development, cross development, and cross-path development. It encourages employees to adopt diversified career development modes on the basis of their own characteristics.

Employee Development

We provide diversified and pertinent cultivation measures to support the continuous growth of our employees. While helping the employees successfully realize the development goals in their own career, the Company attaches high importance to the employees' independent learning. We have established a training center to assume the duties and functions of organizing and providing support to training activities. Support is provided to training activities through a whole set of standardized and normalized systems and procedures. Online study platform and e-learning system are built so that employees can learn the latest training courses at any time.
Training expenses are increased year by year to provide more and better training opportunities to the employees. In 2010, the training expenses reached to RMB 16.39 million yuan and the training expenses per capita amounted to RMB 6,812 yuan.
